1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, purchasing an online course, digital product, or physical product from PureLash Studios Inc. (“PureLash,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or purchase our offerings.

 

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, students, and customers.

 

2. Nature of Services – Education Only

PureLash Studios Inc. provides online lash education, digital educational materials, and physical lash-related products. Training is delivered directly through the official PureLash Studios Inc. website.

 

All training is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee employment, certification recognition, income, business success, or specific results. Outcomes vary based on individual effort, experience, and compliance with applicable laws.

 

3. Required Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or enroll in any course, training, or product. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Minors may not access or purchase training without documented parental or legal guardian consent, where permitted by law.

 

4. Student Responsibility

Students are solely responsible for:

  • Compliance with local, provincial/state, and federal laws

  • Obtaining licenses, permits, and professional insurance

  • Following sanitation and safety standards

  • Implementing techniques responsibly and professionally

 

PureLash Studios Inc. provides educational guidance only. How knowledge is applied remains the sole responsibility of the student.

 

5. Course Completion Requirement

By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Complete 100% of the course content

  • Review all modules, instructions, safety guidelines, and educational materials

 

Incomplete review of materials may result in unsafe or improper practice. Certificates are issued upon full completion only. PureLash Studios Inc. assumes no liability for students’ insufficient knowledge or outcomes.

 

6. Assumption of Risk & Product Use

Lash application carries inherent risks. By enrolling or purchasing products, you acknowledge and assume all risks.

You are responsible for:

  • Proper product application, storage, and use

  • Conducting patch tests 24 hours prior to client application

  • Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing all tools, including tweezers, scissors, and other reusable instruments

  • Following all safety guidelines and regulations

 

PureLash Studios Inc. does not supervise, control, or monitor how techniques or products are applied after purchase.

 

7. Scope of Professional Advice

All content is general professional education. It does not constitute medical, legal, regulatory, or financial advice. Students must consult appropriate licensed professionals in their jurisdiction.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, manuals, graphics, text, and branding are the exclusive property of PureLash Studios Inc. Content may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, resold, or shared. Violations may result in termination of access and legal action.

9. Course Access

Access and mentorship are granted for the lifetime of the platform from purchase. Access is non-transferable and limited to one user per account. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.
 

10. Educational Materials Disclaimer

All digital materials provided by PureLash Studios Inc., including e-books, guides, manuals, and downloadable resources, are intended solely for educational and reference purposes.

 

These materials are designed to support the online learning experience and provide additional resources for students before, during, and after certification. Digital materials do not constitute complete training on their own and are not a substitute for the full course curriculum, instruction, or practical learning components required for certification.

 

PureLash Studios Inc. does not guarantee certification, competency, or professional qualification through the use of digital materials alone. Students must successfully complete the full course requirements to obtain certification.

 

11. Payments and Refunds

All online courses, digital products, and educational materials are final sale. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks are permitted once access is granted. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account termination and legal recovery.

12. Limitation of Liability

PureLash Studios Inc., its owners, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Product misuse

  • Failure to follow instructions or check expiration dates

  • Allergic reactions, irritation, or infection

  • Injuries or safety incidents

  • Client disputes or business damages

 

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or course.

 

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PureLash Studios Inc., its owners, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from your use of training materials, products, or services you perform.

 

14. Chargebacks & Collections

You agree not to initiate unauthorized chargebacks. In the event of a dispute, access may be revoked, and you remain liable for the full balance, including collection and legal fees.

 

15. No Defamation/Disparagement

You agree not to make false or misleading statements about PureLash Studios Inc., its owners, contractors, or affiliates. Disputes should be reported directly to PureLash prior to posting public statements.

 

16. Arbitration & Waiver of Class Actions

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada. You waive rights to class actions, collective proceedings, or jury trials. Arbitration is individual only.

 

17. Force Majeure

PureLash Studios Inc. is not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, platform outages, internet failures, supply chain issues, or illness.

 

18. Product Resale Restriction

Products may not be resold, relabeled, or redistributed without written permission.

19. Account Termination & Access Revocation

Access may be terminated without refund for violations of these Terms, including sharing content, misconduct, or payment disputes.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

 

21. Severability

If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain in full effect.

 

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and PureLash Studios Inc.

 

23. Electronic Acceptance

By purchasing a course, checking a box, or accessing training materials, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
