• Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

• Shipping times are estimates only. PureLash is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

• Due to hygiene and safety, all lash products are final sale.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned.

• Returns due to allergic reactions or sensitivities are not accepted.

 

Damaged/Incorrect Orders:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
