cancellation/rescheduling policy

At PureLash, we value your time and appreciate your business. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy.

 

Deposit Information

  • A deposit of 50% of the service fee is required at the time of booking.

  • This deposit is non-refundable.

 

Rescheduling Policy

  • Free Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if you notify us more than 48 hours before your scheduled time.

  • No Reschedules: Any reschedule requests made within 48 hours of your appointment will not be accommodated, and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • No Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment at any time, your deposit will be forfeited.
